They wanted a way to offer recipients a choice between swag items within a given price range without having to manage a large inventory of stock. With team members around the world, they also wanted to offer the same great experience to everyone.

Not only were we able to offer them the choice of different swag items we were also able to meet their requests for only 1 item per recipient and hidden swag prices. We were also able to seamlessly gift a global team – in 18 different countries, including the United States, India, Mexico, and more. This ensured everyone on the team could enjoy the same great experience.
Our Solution
Since the stakeholder did not want to show item prices or allow recipients to shop for more than one item, we were able to specifically design an order set-up to match their requests. We created a specialized recipient flow that allowed them to choose 1 of 6 total options (5 swag items, or a donation to charity in lieu of swag). Most items had a choice of color or size or in the case of donation a choice between four specific organizations to support. A few of the swag options included a branded ball cap, hoodie, mug, and laptop sleeve.

The Conclusion
