Before the event you will be sent a list of ingredients to have on hand. Then on the night, you’ll simply log in to the provided link and join other participants for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Your personal African chef will bring their own style, flavors and history to the table, delighting you with recipes and stories as they teach you how to create delicious African dishes. They will guide you through the recipes step by step, watching you on screen and advising you throughout the class.
From prep to service, you’ll create a 3-course meal with traditional African ingredients and flavors. In this judgement free zone, feel free to ask questions and learn all you can about the African culture through its food. During this time, you’ll also be treated to a live concert showcasing lively and heart-stirring African music.
The cooking lesson is friendly and relaxed, delivering finished dishes that taste as amazing as they look. Plus, you will get a copy of the recipes, so you can continue the magic of your African culinary experience on your own!
