With the Pride Parade just three and a half weeks away, PlanSource needed a fast, seamless turnaround to get bulk swag ready in time. The team had finalized a new front-and-back t-shirt design and wanted to add matching lanyards, which was a first for the employee resource group.
Stadium made it easy to design swag, get marketing approvals, and place the order through one streamlined platform. Unlike their previous vendor, which handled everything through long email threads, Stadium gave PlanSource full visibility into order tracking and design approvals, eliminating guesswork and cutting down back-and-forth.
Johnny received close contact with his Stadium rep in the lead-up. Despite the tight timeline, everything arrived a full day early.
Pre-sorted by size and ready to gift, everything arrived prepared for distribution. Instead of repackaging items, Johnny could focus on adding thank-you cards and bows–creating a thoughtful moment rather than simply handing out products.
The feedback was immediate and overwhelmingly positive. “Everyone who participated in the parade and wore the shirts gave it 5 stars. They said it was the best t-shirt yet that we’ve had for Pride.” The design stood out, but what really made a difference was the comfort and fit, especially on a warm October day in Florida. It was swag people actually wanted to wear–not just once, but again and again.

Back at the office, the shirts sparked a company-wide conversation, with employees who hadn’t attended the parade asking how to get one. That excitement only grew after PlanSource’s CEO surprised the entire company by gifting each employee a branded item of their choice ahead of the busy season. “Our CEO sent us PlanSource swag and let us choose what we wanted. People were excited–you’d see jackets, hoodies, and beanies all over the office. It turned into this fun, shared moment where everyone was comparing what they picked.”
The moment turned recognition into something shared and visible. And it didn’t stop there. Other employee resource groups and teams took notice, seeing firsthand how something as simple as swag, when done thoughtfully, could bring people together.
Johnny is already thinking about how to bring the same impact to other employee resource groups at PlanSource, from Veterans and Women in Tech to the Black and Brown Network and Young Professionals.
He’s encouraging group leads to connect with Stadium early and not just when something’s urgent, so they have time to explore everything that’s possible. For Johnny, swag goes beyond just tangible merchandise. It’s a way to create moments that feel thoughtful, personal, and genuinely appreciated.
