Premier Roofing Company is dedicated to serving the roofing needs of homeowners and businesses in the United States. They worked with a vendor who provided them with swag ordering, storage, an online store, and shipping, but issues started to arise as Premier began to outgrow them. Their inventory wasn’t accurate, there were delays in getting orders out of the door, and Becky was stuck doing a lot of backend web updates to the Premier store that should have been handled by the vendor. Becky needed more support than possible with their current vendor, so she knew it was time for a change.
