The aim of such workshops was, and remains, to create awareness about mental health, break stigmas associated with mental illnesses, and promote self-care and wellness.

They cater to different age groups and communities, and many have now moved online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While the methods of communication and structure of the workshops have indeed evolved, the primary purpose remains unaltered- to nurture a society more aware, understanding, and equipped to deal with mental health issues.
