To celebrate a long-standing tradition, The Standard used Stadium Shops to create a branded shop for Customer Service Week. Charlene initially considered using Snackmagic for snack boxes, but opted for a shop due to its flexibility and lack of minimums.

More than 600 recipients received $50 in shop points to spend in the Customer Service Week Shop, allowing recipients the ability to choose items they wanted. “Employees loved the incredible range of items they could choose from.”

From self-care essentials to subscriptions, The Standard’s shop offered versatility for everyone–a crucial feature given the order size. Among all the options, the most popular pick was a Bon Appétit magazine subscription.
