Shaira is the People Experience Manager at Apollo, a fast-growing B2B technology company that raised its Series D in 2023. To celebrate this milestone, Shaira wanted to send swag to over 500 team members in 21 countries.

So, the search began. While Shaira sought a single, global swag vendor, she could only find vendors that sourced per country, resulting in multiple swag vendors needed to fulfill an order.

Our Solution

As a company with 700+ team members dispersed across 20+ countries, Shaira turned to Stadium in search of a holistic swag vendor that could execute global gifting at scale. While the swag vendors she had used previously had global capabilities, they couldn’t accommodate the specific countries needed. Shaira says, “I don’t think I’ve seen any other companies that accommodate all of the countries that we’re in, like Bangladesh or Romania. It really speaks to Stadium’s global capabilities because we no longer have logistical problems.”

To start, Shaira gifted 400+ recipients for the holidays with swag stored and shipped from our warehouse. Swag included backpacks, mugs, shirts, and more! A major selling point was Stadium’s swag storage, as Shaira only needed to pay for swag that was shipped, with no need to hold inventory.

Following the success of the swag kits, Shaira sought a way to streamline gifting further. She discovered Stadium Shops, which provided the flexibility to gift for various use cases, all while offering swag and a consistent experience for recipients, regardless of their location.

She created her first shop for onboarding and gave 100+ recipients a budget of $100 to choose their swag. Next, she launched a shop for new parent gifting, where she gifted more than 60+ new parents with baby onesies.

The gifting didn’t stop there! Shaira also created a shop to support the Company Kick-off and off-site gifting initiatives, including the Values Award. Each month, Apollo nominates team members who exemplify these company values and rewards them with points to spend in the shop. Team members especially love that they can redeem items beyond swag, from snacks to local goods.

“Stadium is already part of Apollo’s recognition culture. Every nominee for our Values Award gets points and bigger rewards. They can pick what they want. I’m excited to explore how Stadium can elevate the shoutout framework we’ve implemented.”

Overall, Shaira has created 40+ shops and placed 30 shop orders, showcasing the versatility of Stadium.

Results

Team members loved their swag, and the flood of positive messages reflected the impact!

Shaira also praised Stadium’s hands-on support, from the customer service to the CSM team. When there was an issue with a logo, our customer service team proactively reached out to confirm, solidifying Stadium’s care for its customers and its expertise in the swag industry.

However, the biggest win with Stadium is the time saved! As the go-to contact for swag, people experience, and the designated point of contact for the Stadium account, it was crucial that Shaira found a solution that was efficient, scalable, and reliable.
