Overview
With Campaigns, Stadium brings forth an innovative solution to streamline the gifting process for senders who want to provide gifts on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or ad hoc basis. Campaigns are great for birthdays, anniversaries, milestone events, new hire onboarding, and recurring occasions.
Key Features and Benefits
- Automated Gifting: Send gifts automatically to recipients on predefined dates or occasions.
- Customizable Campaigns: Choose from preset campaigns or create custom campaigns tailored to specific occasions and preferences.
- Flexible Scheduling: Set up campaigns for various events like birthdays, work anniversaries, milestone birthdays, milestone work anniversaries, new hires, or recurring occasions.
- Recipient Management: Easily select recipients by filtering contacts or uploading contacts manually via CSV. Integration with HRIS or ATS is available for seamless contact management.
- Budget Control: Set budget limits for each campaign, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
- Personalized Messages: Craft personalized emails and recipient landing page messages for a unique gifting experience.
- Automatic Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and agree to automatic charges for each order. Orders will be created but not sent until payment is received in case of payment failure.
How to Set Up
- Login: Visit Bystadium.com and log in to your account.
- Access Campaigns: Navigate to the Sender dropdown menu and click on Campaigns.
- Campaign Setup: Choose from preset campaigns or create a custom campaign.
- Campaign Details: Name the campaign, select the type (e.g., birthday, work anniversary), set email sending dates, and configure other details.
- Recipient Selection: Filter contacts or upload CSV files to select recipients. Connect to HRIS or ATS for seamless recipient management.
- Gift Configuration: Choose the shop, set budget, and personalize messages for recipients.
- Payment Setup: Select payment method and agree to automatic charges for each order.
