Introducing Send Items
Overview
Send Items is an innovative new feature in Stadium Shop that allows organizers to select specific items such as swag, snacks, and more to send directly to their recipients. This feature is ideal for users who want to send personalized gifts. Recipients will receive an email to redeem their gift by providing necessary details like sizes (if applicable) and shipping addresses.
Key Features and Benefits
- Customizable Selections: Choose from a variety of items available in your Stadium Shop inventory to create personalized gifts.
- Recipient Flexibility: Recipients provide their sizes and shipping addresses when they redeem their gift, ensuring the perfect fit and accurate delivery.
- Streamlined Process: Easily add recipients’ email addresses and complete your order through a straightforward interface.
How to Set Up
- Navigate to Send Items: Go to the Sender tab on the navigation bar and select Kits & Sent Items.
- Select Your Items: Choose the specific items you want to send from your Stadium Shop inventory.
- Add Recipient Emails: Enter the email addresses of your recipients.
- Complete the Order: Finalize your order to send an email to your recipients for gift redemption.
