Team Wallet
Overview
We are thrilled to introduce the highly anticipated “Team Wallet” feature, enhancing the way Teams manage their funds and streamline order purchases. With Team Wallet, Admins now have the power to add funds to their Team Wallet and allocate them to individual team members. Team members can then use the allocated funds to make purchases, simplifying expense management and promoting seamless collaboration.
Key Features
1. Fund Allocation:
Admins can now add funds to the Team Wallet and efficiently allocate specific amounts to each team member. This empowers Admins to control team expenses effectively while providing members with the flexibility to make purchases.
2. Simplified Order Process:
Team members can make purchases using the allocated funds directly from their Team Wallet. No more hassle of individual reimbursements or payment approvals. The purchase process is now streamlined and more convenient.
3. Transparent Fund Tracking:
The Team Wallet page offers Admins a clear and comprehensive view of fund usage. Admins can monitor how funds are being utilized by team members, ensuring transparency and accountability.
How to Use
For Admins:
- Go to the “Team Wallet” section in the Admin dashboard.
- Select the Team you would like to add funds to.
- Allocate funds to individual team members based on their respective needs or budgets.
For Team Members:
- Visit the “Team Wallet” page from your account.
- View the funds allocated to you by the Admin.
- Use the allocated funds to make purchases for approved orders seamlessly.

Important Notes
- Only Admins have the authority to add funds to the Team Wallet and allocate them to team members.
- Team members can only use the funds allocated to them and cannot access or use funds allocated to others.
